The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 106(FIN) "An Act establishing the energy authority revolving fund; repealing the rural electrification revolving loan fund and the bulk fuel revolving loan fund; relating to procurements for certain transmission lines; authorizing power transmission interties between Anchorage and the Kenai Peninsula, between Healy and Fairbanks, between the Swan Lake and Tyee Lake hydroelectric projects, and between Sutton and Glennallen and approving the design and construction costs of the interties; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 106(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date 1993-04-21 Senate Journal Page 1631 SB 106 YEAS: 17 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Duncan, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Donley, Ellis Kerttula changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 106(FIN) passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Adams gave notice of reconsideration.
